A gluten-free thickening ingredient made from the guar bean.
Ideal to use as a stabilizer, thickener, an emulsifier
and for gluten free bread and cake recipes.
No preservatives or additives.

Recommended uses for Guar Gum: 
Cake: 1/4 teaspoon per 1 1/2 cups of flour
Bread: 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of flour
Pizza crust: 2 teaspoons per 1 cup of flour
Salad dressing: 1/8 teaspoon per 1 cup of dressing
